Welcome to Next Rental Home (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and property listing platform (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, listing a property, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including:

  • Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy

These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal authority to create and manage property listings

  • Provide accurate and complete information

We may suspend or remove any account that provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3. Property Listings

When you list a property on our platform, you agree that:

  • All information provided is truthful and accurate

  • You have the legal right to rent or manage the property

  • You will update any information that becomes outdated or incorrect

  • You will not post fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates our Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Monthly Listing

Each listing is billed on a 30-day cycle, beginning on the date the listing is published.

4.2 Automatic Renewals

Listings automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Pricing

Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change in the future. If pricing changes, we will notify users prior to renewal.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only within the first 15 days of your current listing cycle.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your listing at any time, but cancellations made on or after day 16 of the cycle are not eligible for refunds.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws

  • Post illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful content

  • Upload viruses or engage in malicious activity

  • Attempt to manipulate search results or platform visibility

  • Use our platform for any purpose other than property listing and rental-related communication

Any violations may result in immediate account suspension or removal without refund.

7. Communication Between Users

Our platform may allow messaging or sharing of contact information. You agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Not send spam or unsolicited marketing messages

We are not responsible for interactions between users, but may intervene if necessary.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime

  • No bugs or errors

  • That our platform will always operate without disruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, text, and software on the platform are owned by the Company or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from inaccurate property listings

  • Issues between landlords and tenants

  • Lost revenue, profits, or data

  • Service interruptions

  • Unauthorized access to your account

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another’s rights

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You post fraudulent or illegal content

  • Your actions harm the platform or other users

Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds for the current billing cycle.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, we will update the date at the top of the policy. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
