Next Home Rental is an online platform that allows property owners, landlords, and property managers (“Users,” “you,” “your”) to list and promote residential rental properties to potential renters.

All listings, purchases, and communications made through our platform are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By purchasing a listing, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Listing Plans and Payments

  • Monthly Listing Subscription:
    Each listing is valid for a 30-day period starting from the date of purchase.

  • Payment Terms:
    Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure online payment system.

  • Automatic Renewal:
    If you opt for automatic renewal, your listing will renew every 30 days at the same rate unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Refunds:
    We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used listing periods, accidental renewals, or early cancellations unless required by law.

4. Listing Content and Responsibilities

By submitting a property listing, you agree that:

  • You are the legal owner, authorized agent, or have full permission to advertise the property.

  • All information, descriptions, and photos you provide are accurate, truthful, and up to date.

  • You will promptly update or remove listings that are no longer available.

  • You will not post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any laws.

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion if it violates our content policies or these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent or duplicate listings.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the website.

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

  • Use the website for unlawful or unethical purposes.

  • Include external links that redirect traffic away from Next Home Rental without authorization.

6. Platform Availability

We strive to keep our platform online and accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime, maintenance interruptions, or other access issues.
