Refund Policy

Thank you for listing your property with us. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all property owners. Please review the following refund guidelines for monthly listing subscriptions.


30-Day Listing Period

Each property listing runs on a 30-day cycle. At the end of each cycle, the listing will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Window

A refund may be requested only within the first 15 days of your current 30-day listing period.

  • If you request a cancellation and refund within days 1–15:
    You are eligible for a full refund for that month’s listing fee.

  • If your request is made on or after day 16:
    Refunds will not be issued.
    Your listing will remain active until the end of the current 30-day cycle, and no further charges will occur if you choose not to renew.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and prevent last-minute cancellations after a full month of exposure.


Renewals and Future Billing

  • If you no longer wish to continue your listing, please cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges.

  • Canceling a listing stops future billing, but does not automatically qualify the current cycle for a refund unless within the 15-day eligibility window.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at:

  • Your account email

  • Property listing address or ID

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.


Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Listings canceled after day 15

  • Listings removed due to violation of platform guidelines

  • Partial-month refunds outside the eligibility window
