Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using our property rental listing platform. We strive to make managing your listings simple and flexible. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you can cancel your property listing subscription.


30-Day Listing Cycle

Each property listing runs on a 30-day cycle, beginning on the day you publish your listing.
Listings automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to renewal.


How to Cancel a Listing

You may cancel your listing at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account

  2. Visiting your property dashboard

  3. Selecting the listing you wish to cancel

  4. Clicking Cancel Listing or contacting our support team at

Canceling your listing will:

  • Stop future renewal charges

  • Keep your listing active until the end of your current 30-day cycle
    (unless a refund is requested and approved within the refund window)


Important Timing Requirements

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, the cancellation must be submitted before your renewal date.

Example:
If your listing renews on the 12th of each month, you must cancel on or before the 11th to avoid the next charge.


Relationship to Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are offered only within the first 15 days of your current 30-day listing cycle.

  • Cancellations made on day 16 or later will not be refunded, but the listing will remain active until the cycle ends.

Account Removal

Canceling a listing does not delete your account.
You may continue to manage other listings or reactivate your property at any time.

If you wish to close your entire account, please contact support.
